All orders:

We will send you an email back as a Quote first, which will include the total of the amount of merchandise you are buying. Also included in the Quote will be the cost of shipping and handling fees. Once you approve the quote, please reference the quote number for speedy processing. You can pay Credit Card over the phone, Paypal, or send a payment for prepaid prior to shipping.

 

Paying by credit card: To maintain compliance with recent banking security regulations, we request that you call us at 800-783-2666 with your credit card information for payment processing or please indicate the phone number with a date and time in the boxes below so that we may give you a call to obtain and process your credit card payment. Our phones lines are open Monday through Friday (except holidays and special road shows such as Dayton) between 10:00 AM to 5:30pm Eastern time.

 

Paying by PAYPAL:  https://www.paypal.com .  PayPal: log in with your username and password. Click on ‘Send Money’, our PayPal account is rfc@therfc.com Fill-out the appropriate payment in US Dollars Click Goods Click Continue, Before clicking ‘Send Money’ Scroll down until you see the ‘Subject’ and ‘Message’ fields.  Use either one to tell us the Quote Number we sent to you. Click ‘Send Money’ Please note that if using PayPal there will be a delay of shipment while ensuring that the payment reaches our account (rfc@therfc.com). After we receive funds we will confirm prior to shipment.

 

Prepaid order:  Send us payment to 213 N. Frederick Ave. Suite 11-W. Gaithersburg, MD 20877.  Also, please send us an email to rfc@therfc.com that the quote has been accepted and you are mailing payment.  We will be on the lookout for it.  Once we receive payment we will confirm with an email and ship product.

We will confirm online orders next day. If we receive your order during the weekend we will confirm on Monday. In the case of a holiday however, we will confirm on the next business day.
